Co-constructed Writing Criteria:

1. Title
2. First paragraph: Main Facts (What, When, Where)
3. Second paragraph: more detailed information (e.g. damage, injuries/death toll, aftershocks, threat of tsunami)
4. Third paragraph: conclusion (e.g. Civil Defence advice)
5. Cut the waffle
